  • Spring Mindfulness & The Body Workshop

Do you want to grow your mindfulness and compassion skills this spring? The Spring Workshop will be on Tuesdays March 19-April 9 frim 6-7 EST. This small group will practice mindfulness and body-compassion free from diet-culture or weight-stigma. Imagine what radical permission and kind attention for the body and mind just as they are in this moment would do for you!

  • Good Enough Coaching

What if you’re already good enough? What if, no matter how much you weigh, or how often you exercise, or what you eat or don’t eat, your feelings about your body aren’t really about you? What if that sense that you should be doing more, no matter how many items you check off your to do list or how many accomplishments you achieve, isn’t about you either? Good Enough Coaching is the eight-session self-compassion exploration that my coaching page is all about.

  • Mindfulness for Professional Development

I teach sessions and longer workshops for professional development. I’ve taught a wide variety of nonprofit groups and university faculty, as well as North Carolina judges, magistrates, lawyers, and clerks on subjects including mindfulness, fairness, and caring for caretakers. My teaching incorporates guided reflections and evidence-based practices so that participants leave with actionable strategies. Whether it’s a one-hour “lunch and learn,” a longer team-building retreat, or a stand-alone mindfulness program, I tailor interactive meditation trainings to meet the broad range of needs specific to your team.

  • 15-Minute Meet & Greet

If you’re ready to get started, but aren’t quite sure which offering is the best fit for you, please schedule an appointment for a 15-minute Zoom meeting with me. I’ll look forward to learning more about what you’re doing and seeing if I’m the right person to help.
